  Ordered then THEY cancelled after keeping us waiting nearly 40 mins.
  
  We ordered via Just Eat a meal for two for delivery less than a mile away. After around a 40 min wait, we got a phone call saying their car wouldn’t start and they would have to cancel. I’ve previously worked in a takeaway, and if this happened to us, we would send the food in a taxi - particularly if the customer has waited so long! - nope, not with Red Rose - they keep you waiting and then cancel with out so much as an apology.
